Coins That Bombed

I was wondering if the mint has killed the triangle 50 cents series. Very strange the second issue Six String Nation Guitar seems to have a better luck:

It is made of copper and nickel with 30,000 mintage and only specimen finish. A quick search showed only J&M lists it at issue price.

I guess what's going on with their database is that sometimes they allocated part of their items to blowout or unique sales. That might create two prices for one item.
