I just took out a few rolls of pennies to look through, and I found an interesting variety in the 2011 cents. On some (2 of 13 I found) there seems to be a small dimple at the bottom of the cent.

This is a normal one

Could this just be a plating bubble, or a die variety? I didn't seem to find any like this on 2010s.

Looks like deteriorated die and mild MD. The dimple on the edge looks like it was caused by grease getting caught on the third die (collar die).
