Found this the other day. Would this be a Struck Through Grease error?

It looks like a Greaser, with a nice die crack on the reverse (left side of Memorial bottom).

Rim Cuds on obverse. A nice ID on obverse. Looks like an ebay item? LOL

Really interesting how the "I" and the "D" of the motto survived with getting no grease at all. Wonder how that can happen? By the way, great find; a keeper!

I agree, pretty extreme example of a Greaser. There's even another crack on the obverse, 11 o'clock.

The "grease" is probably packed, hardened crud, and the "I" and "D" fell out at some point.

Thanks for the replies. I did see the die cracks. Found it in a bank roll.

Great Greaser. They're really cool when the letters that fall out, like the I and D, fall onto the coin and get struck in on a different part of the coin...pretty interesting to see.
