I am pretty sure this is a Doubled Die. The doubling isn't flat shelf like doubling either.

John1 got it correct. The best way to tell:
1. Is it shelf like and flat it is Machine Doubling
2. If it reduces the overall size of the devices it is Machine Doubling
3. Is the area in question doubled evenly? If not it is probably Machine Doubling
