Greetings from a fellow MS "Philly Land(er)"
A couple weeks back I got a "2011 D box" from bank,Posted it on ebay,no takers.
Today my wife took it with her to Bogaloosa LA. Two banks rejected it out right. The third didn't access to safe to get her a box but offered her rolls from her draw. Now I have 50 rolls of 2011P.

This looks like Machine Doubling. The flat shelf like areas on the right side of the devices tell me that. Just die movement during the strike.
