got this today in some change and thought it was interesting still new is this trailing common and around giddy we trust looks like it has 3 lines going around the edge.

Looks like a struck through error. (grease) Also a touch of a MAD obverse going on. Not enough of either to give much of a premium for this coin. Looks pretty well stained. Nasty finger prints.
