tatt2ed13 Pillar of the Community United States 557 Posts	Posted 04/01/2012 3:19 pm Hey Brickellcat Yea its a pretty common place for the clashing on the Obverse - the spot you wana check for thats not "too" common is the Hair vee of liberty to the right side of the coin .. kinda around the 5 o'clock area - Thats a good spot to get to know what to look for .. But that link for the Attribution 101 page is really gona help you out alot .. being able to narrow down your search by date position and or Mint Mark Location ... AU90o Valued Member United States 199 Posts	Posted 04/02/2012 4:50 pm This 87p is VAM-3A. It is very similar to and can be easily mistaken with VAM-14A. The key difference is the clash t on hair vee. Weak st clash for 14A. Strong t clash for 3A. Hope this help. Report this Post to the Staff
