I was visiting my grandfather today, and he hoards State Quarters and he let me looks through them. I found this.. is this what I think it is? If it is, anyone got a rough idea on grade or premium? Thanks!

There are a number of known doubled dies for this state. I believe yours is DDR-001:

Yup sure looks like DDR-001 to me too. Especially when comparing the actual coin to the photos on that site.

I just looked on ebay, and the slabbed DDR-001 seems to be a different variety than that website lists. In those the doubling appears to be to the left of the tree. Now I am confused.

This one I found is a P. Any rough idea of value? I'm not going to sell it, but I told my grandfather that I would give him what it's worth.

It's hard to say. The best you can do for these sorts of things is look for completed ebay listings.
