MS 63, hard to tell from the photo if it will go into proof like.

I'm going to bump it one and say MS-64. The reverse looks 65, but the marks on the obverse will keep it a 64.

I agree with SeatedNut. Obverse 64 and reverse 65. Net 64 as the obverse carries the grade. Looks like cartwheel on both sides, so probably not PL.

I think MS63 on this one, 1881-S is quite common and also common in really high grade, the TPG's will take that in consideration, and thus probably will keep this coin at MS63, a tougher date looking like this could potentially make a MS64 grade.

Thanks guys.....I was between 63 and 64 on this one as well....it has quite a bit of luster....I would venture spl surfaces which may give it the boost it needs to hit a 64....however I'm not getting it graded. I'm trying to photo inventory my collection and assign a grade to each coin. You guys are a big help with this process.
