$6 in Presidential dollars to buy smokes for my mom, $79,178 to go. Does it count towards the total if I, as a cashier, give the coins to a customer in their change?

Dasalo, by all means give out those golden dollars to customers as change and count them here. Lets get them in circulation. If they refuse them then give them the dirty dollar bills. Their loss.
I spend 2 goldens and 1 half at the grocery store today.
$79,041 to go.

I spent five on four cheese-stuffed breadsticks and a Snapple iced tea from a local pizzeria yesterday. Today, I put two in the collection basket during mass, this makes a total of seven dollars spent.

The cashier at Noodles and co. had no idea what my half dollar was. I had to explain it to her, but then she took it. The DQ wasn't as clueless. Just the 2 half dollars to report, so...
$78,934.
