This pic is of the division between the normal edge (right side of your screen) to the non-normal edge (left side). I guess I see some scratches where it was filed, so PMD.

My first thought is PMD mainly because I don't see the Blakesley effect.

I see the rim showing where it would be missing on an incomplete planchet. It got whacked on the edge. not a keeper.
