Overall, I think the style most resembles a Bactrian coin.
I cannot make out the inscription, but the portrait sort of resembles Euthydemos II (below)
Without finding an exact match, I feel the coin is a little "off" in style. Where did you find it?

It was found buried within the ground in Bagram,Afghanistan...

You were a big help. I search the internet for Bactrian coins and came across a replicaon ebay. I'm generally not a collector of coins , but I have few people trying to buy it from me and just want to know the value.

to the ancient Forum.

I searched everywhere for your coin and unfortunately the only place I found a close match was this one and one other at Forums Fake site. I'm not an expert, so someone may come by and confirm this or add a different view.

Doucet, I see a close enough match in the portrait, specifically the shapes in the hair. That probably means the OP's coin is a copy too.
