I ran across some ancients today at an antique mall/farmers market. The guy had mostly U.S. coins, but I found a sheet of ancients amongst them. Most of them were mis-attributed, so I fixed that for him (and also adjusted the prices up for a few). Anyways, I got these two. The first I recognized right away as a potin Tetradrachm of Nero from Alexandria. I knew that the second was also a potin Tetradrachm, but I could not figure out who it was.
The 1st:

Nero potin Tetradrachm
Alexandria 64 A.D. - 65 A.D.
Milne 228
Obv: NEPΩ KΛAV KAI ΣEB ΓEP, radiate bust right wearing aegis
Rev: AVTOKPA, eagle walking left with palm branch, date LIA left
Cost: $25
The second:

Gallienus potin Tetradrachm
Alexandria 262 A.D. - 263 A.D.
Milne 4081
Obv: AVT K Π ΛIK ΓAΛΛIHN OC CEB, laureate, draped,
and cuirassed bust right
Rev: DEKA ETHRI CKV PIOV, legend in four lines in laurel wreath, regnal year LI below.
Cost: $20
This coin of Gallienus is unique to him; no other emperor had a coin of this design. Over all I think I did very well today! Thanks for looking.
