Hello,

I've got this extremely worn (probably even harshly cleaned) 2 kopecks piece which has clearly been over-struck.
I have joined the pictures in normal position for both sides plus the reverse returned where you can see on top a 4 and below some letters I have problems to read.

Russia,-2-Kopecks-Struck-Over-?

Russia,-2-Kopecks-Struck-Over-?

Russia,-2-Kopecks-Struck-Over-?

I know that several Russion coins of that period exist overstruck and I would like to know if this was common for that type and if this one has any value in regard of it's very low grade.

The letters are ЧЕТЫРЕ which is just Russian for "four" - that is, four copecks (a shortlived 1762 issue of Peter III, almost all examples of which were overstruck with two-copeck coins).
I think it's usually worth somewhat more than non-overstruck examples, but as far as I was able to determine, most of Catherine II 1763 two-copeck coins were overstruck on Peter III fours! So it's actually just the base price, with a possible slight premium as related to other "common" Catherine II two-copecks.
That all only refers to Russia, however; a dealer in your own Luxembourg (this is where you're from, right?) would probably buy an overstruck example for a higher price because he won't be familiar with all those peculiarities :-)

PS: Of course, in such a horribly low grade both the base price and the premium one would probably be fairly low. Expect a price of approximately 5 euros - within a factor of two to either side

I believe it's other way round for pricing - coins that are not overstruck command a prenieum price for those years because most of them were overstruck. But as jan1may said, it wouldn't be worth a lot.

It is overstruck over this coin:
