[I'm a relatively new collector. I recently obtained this coin, which was sold by a son from his fathers estate. The son had no interest in saving or collecting any of his fathers coins. On the reverse, on the left side of the olive branch, it looks like trail dies coming off the leaves. Could this be correct or is this common for this coin? Any input would be appreciated. Pictures were taken with cell phone, the only means I have for photos, so sorry if they aren't the best. Thanks for any input. Coin was sold to me for the price equivalent to current silver value, which I consider to be a good buy, but I'm no expert either.

Looks like extreme die erosion to me.
