This has a lot of strange problems.
If you got them from the same seller, be aware that the 1900-O is commonly counterfeited. Might be too good to be true?
This one doesn't look at all right to me. I'll defer to another expert.

Thanks Scropper... these are actually my dads coins, that were given to him by my grandfather. Here I am at 30 years old with them in my possession now. The 1900-O, was purchased by my grandfather in the late 30s early 40s. That one and another one, have been graded actually by a numismatist, but not by PCGS or NGC--Thats why I am throwing the 1900-O out there to gather some thoughts to see if it coincides (no pun intended LOL) with the prior grading.. If so, I was thinking about having them slabbed.
I hope its not counterfeit!

Oh and I should mention the other Morgan is a 1881-S (I havent posted that one, but it is the other one that has been graded in the past, but not by PCGS or NGC)

Are there any die gouges in IB of Liberty? On the E in ONE (reverse) is there a die gouge coming out of the back of the E? Any die breaks you can see with a loupe anywhere on the coin?
Die chips inside the CC's?
The coin looks good to me, a natural steel gray color isn't suspect I have a lot of Morgans that look this way in color. The surfaces seem fine as well. I'd grade this coin XF45

Looking at the coin I would say VF, too many hits on the coin and there appears to be a scratch on the reverse right above TRUST. A TPG like PCGS or NGC would most likely state it as Genuine and not assign a grade. Also note there are some green stuff on the coin, you may want to figure out what it is.

I don't see any green areas that would suggest PVC contamination, I do see a bit of what looks like some adhesive posibly, I don't think this coin would come back cleaned from a TPG, though a bit of acetone on the yellowish spots I see might remove the residue, I see them at the obverse top cotton ball and the reverse eagles wing. looks like glue or rubber cement, I also have found a lot of coins like this over the years, most likely from contact with spilled glue on a desk or in a drawer.

Perhaps I'm a bit too skeptical. On second review, here are the things I don't like:
The dings in the cheeks don't seem natural. They could be just fine. There is some gunk or something above the flowers in Liberty's wreath. The dings in the eagle's left (to us) wing don't seem natural. There is crud or something in the bottom of the eagle's right (to us) wing. The eagle's breast looks exceptionally flat, yet has what appears to be some detail. In other words, it's flat but not worn, which is weird. The huge crack or ding from the D in UNITED (10:30 on the rev) doesn't seem right.
Yet, I still defer to the above experts as I'm certainly no Morgan expert.
The fact that these are heirlooms and you're checking them out is really cool. Congratulations, what a wonderful gift! I'm glad you're treating it with the respect it deserves.

This is a common date made more valuable by the CC mintmark. It appears to have some rim problems but is not worth TPG in any event. You have some great family history behind this coin that is likely worth more than the coin itself. If you did part with it, consider it an XF45 and worth about $100.

Looks like a normal XF-45 to me possibly recovering form an old cleaning. Reasonably nice coin.
