commems CCF Master Historian of USA Commemoratives United States 12250 Posts	Posted 04/10/2012 2:56 pm Received the Titanic Philatelic-Numismatic Cover (PNC) in the mail today -- the Canada Post image of the front of the envelope is accurate. Thought I'd also share images of the back of the PNC and the front and back of the inner card which holds the encapsulated coin. The PNC comes in a protective outer envelope with a view window. A very nice collectible, and rather a bargain at just $1.00 more than the coin alone from the RCM.
