Just thought I would share pictures of my only and nicest error coin.

The coin was struck once normally but was not fully ejected from the coining chamber (collar). The next planchet was fed into the chamber, under this
piece, and it was struck again.

The reverse 2nd strike doesn't have a die strike on it is
because of the planchet under it which caused the "distortion" of the first strike in that area.

Thanks for sharing - that is a crazy error, and surprising it got past the mint the day it left! Only thing that would make it better was if it were silver!
