Hello all. I figured I would show a few of the finds with my New AT Pro International. I have been out with it 5 times so far. The last 3 outings have produced a few goodies besides the can slaw and other trash.

On my third dig I recovered 2 nice targets:

Both the Crucifix and the chain are marked 14K. I have not tested the stones in the crucifix yet but being set in 14K is usually a good sign.

Also pulled a 1965 Silver Dime:

On my fourth outing I recovered a 1939 Silver Dime. I have to take pictures of it yet. I got lazy last night.

On my fifth outing (this afternoon) I recovered this copper nugget. I live by the ST. Mary's River and the water level is way down. You can get out at least 10 feet from the shore in most spots and even further in others. The area I was hunting is very rocky and I discovered it was a pain to hunt. I got a solid repeatable tone ringing in at 74 - 78. I decided to dig it as it was showing 6 inches. This is what I recovered...it weighs in at 10g:

Thanks for looking. Any info on the nugget would be appreciated.
Rest in Peace

Nice finds.

I think (but don't know for sure) that fake diamonds will usually have metal behind them in order to make them sparkly. But diamonds won't because natural light makes them sparkly.

That nugget is fascinating. I have no information to add but I wonder where it came from. It will look great sitting on your desk!

Thank you for the comments. I love the nugget. It looks really cool the way the water has worked it.

I have looked with my loupe and USB Microscope and there is no other material behind the diamonds. Just the gold they are set in. Here is a pic of the back of the crucifix as well.

1939! Wow! That is really something.

Have you checked out the hallmark on the jewelry? I wonder I AGM is the name of a company or somebody's initials. It is fun to wonder about these these....

AGM = AGM Findings Jewelry Mfg. Corp.

I looked all over the web. A lot of business directory listings for them but not much company info at all. I believe they are based out of L.A. Cali.
