A full 180 degrees. it's the correct weight, good sound, and has no seams. No it's not a magic coin.
It has some MD on the reverse letters. Also off center both sides.

NGC returned my coin and it graded at a generous AU58.
Just sold it.

I agree that AU58 is a generous grade but the important thing is that the error was verified. Yea!

And then you SOLD it? You SOLD it?

I doubt that I could ever part with such a find....that is unless it was really worth it. I'll bet it was.

All in all, it has met with a happy ending -- and it only took 39 years for somebody to notice it.

Okay, as long as you have one... LOL

I haven't sold a coin ever -- and I really have to learn how to do that someday...I can't keep them all.

I do have an error coin that I found in the early 70's -- way back when I thought a 'mint error' meant that something was wrong with my candy. I'll probably keep that one forever.
