Ok, right off the bat I know this coin has a slight rim Cud at about the 10 o'clock position, but what I can't figure out is what on earth happened to the bottom. Any suggestions as to what it might be? The coin is still in the cellophane in which it came out of the mint from, which I find odd... wouldn't they notice such damage on the coin and promptly "dispose" of it? I apologize for the crookedness of the picture, I'm not the best when it comes to scanning

Coin packaging sealer damaged it.
