My first Newfoundland coin! Picked it up for 25 cents. Any thoughts on a grade for this?

The blue specks are just from the holder it's in.

Shaft.. were you missing school when grading was a subject?
Just a joke...?
stutzman
ok.. great coin, great price.
BUT 1st thing you should remember is this, when you ask for online grades...:
remove the crappy plastic!!
then take a hot and sharp focused close up, or a high def scan and post it.
nobody wants to see your 2x2... the coin needs to be the star....
the coin will, with a Canadian TPG, not grade higher than VF 20...I say F15
the crown band is totally worn....and , it looks like the coin has been cleaned.
sorry, but that is what I see....
and, I have these coins anywhere from G to MS 66

No need to apologize for honesty! I wouldn't even make posts if I couldn't take a little criticism every now and then. It helps improve my knowledge, so really no hard feelings! I'll have to remember to take it out of the holder next time around, I tend to forget about the little things at times.
