I'm guessing this is Machine Doubling but I don't know for sure. It seems to be very apparent on the last "A" in AMERICA. But I'm not seeing it on any other letters (at least not at 8x). My camera is 4MP if that helps.

It looks like some slight Machine Doubling (no extra value), but it's hard to tell without better pictures.

I've got a Canon S515 Powershot with 8MP but I can't get the macro to work.
