very nice MAD. Since part of the design is missing, it should be worth more than 1 cent. Not sure how much, maybe $1 or so.

I know this is off center and being off the coin makes it worth more, nice find!

Personally, I would pay alot more than $1 for one that nice. MADs that cause part of the peripheral design to be missing are fairly uncommon.

It is not off-center, it was struck by misaligned dies where the dies are misaligned in relation to each other. An off-center error will be equally off-center on both sides and struck out of collar while a misaligned die strike will only be off-center on the hammer die side and be struck in collar.
