I found two of these tonight and was just wondering what it was. It also appears to have small trails coming from the banner and the "LB".

It might be a polish line from a clash. Some field devices are affected in the area.

The lines by LB look more like polish lines and not trails. The marks by R look like die gouges. Either way I would keep it, looks neat.
