Friends,I found this Penny just recently.I feels different and sounds different when Dropped.Is a Alumunim Penny?What your thoughts?
Have folks found more of these or I am the only one?

It's a Dryer Coin.

Sometimes coins get caught in the fins of commercial dryers and bounce around forever, flatting the features in that particular way and rounding over the rim. Coop should be by in a minute with pictures of really extreme Dryer Coins.

Friends,just what I see...there is the real linclon underneath.And the Nose is showing TWO on underneath another.I don't see how a Dryer or Runned over by a car could acomplish that much.But..I respect your advise.

1990 Zinc cent that is damaged in a dryer. Nothing special. Spend it before it disappears from zinc rot.

As the rim keeps getting banged against the drum, it gets expanded (taller), showing the zinc.
