Is it just me or do you sometimes feel like a CRH Psychic... There in front of you appears the reverse of a penny (or whatever you're searching) and before you flip it, you more times than not can rattle off the decade, or how about those 73 with the strike that fools you every time.. how about the seemingly ageless 68 that you wonder why that year holds up so well!

Then there are the times where you swear the CRH Gods play tricks on you for giving you consecutive years and mint marks all in terrible condition...!

Just some thoughts LOL

I agree especially on 68 cents, I have found some beauty's! Every time I open the Dansco and check to see if I can upgrade. 59's and 64's seem to be abundant in nice shape.

LOL it's true. I can't tell you how many times I've compared 68s you think I would realize by now that I have practically a MS70 in there

On late 90s to 2005ish nickels I usually spot the Denver ones before I see the mint-mark.

I've gotten good at doing this with LWCs; I see the wheat back and if it's a 1942, 1944-46, I know it before I ever flip over the coin.
