It's not a coin. It is silver bullion. The companies that sell these make a lot of designs and I don't know anything about them.

If you want to know more about it, you may need to try asking again in section that deals with precious metals or bullion.

Its inscription reminds me of a company that was trying to get a currency using silver, at about the time of the bicentennial. I don't remember much more.
