I have found an Andrew Jackson "Old Hickory" medallion or token. So far I am unable to identify. Obverse : " Soldier at fourteen. Major General 1812. Tenacious fighter in all pursuits. Leader in era of historical events. The peoples president" Please let me know if you can help me identify origin and what it is. Thank you.

, beartoe!

Bought four similar pieces yesterday, 10-16-19-25th.

Mine doesn't have the letters in a border.

They were part of a game, numerous companies made similar tokens.

Hello biggfred.
My guess was also a gaming or collection piece. I found this with metal detector about seven inchs in ground. Depth puts its age back a ways. I estimate 1920s based on similar items found. It looks good in my collection no matter it's origin. Thanks for your input.
