Poll Question
Hello all.. Thank you again for your congratulations on my 99 WAM find! I was thinking, being a newbie, I have some things I am sending off to ANACS to slab (some morgans that my dad gave me, a 79-P SBA Near Rim I found and others). I know some of you are very pro slabbing, while others not so much. Forget the cost to do it... It has been suggested I do a poll about the WAM, so here are some photos, cast your vote and help me decide....feel free to post your grade too! To slab or not to slab... that is the question!

I think it grades around AU-55. ANACS might grade it around AU-50 or EF-45.

Do you plan on selling it? If not, there's no reason to slab it. You know what variety it is.

Selling now...no. Maybe one day, who knows. For me, I wouldn't have it slabbed for the sake of identifying the variety, as much as having it sealed off, and being definitively graded (even though I know and understand that grading is subjective and personal). Who knows, maybe its the newbie curiosity of just having my first substantial find returned back to me in a box authenticated and validated... kinda like that feeling of going to sleep and waking up Christmas morning as a little kid.

I think if I could afford it, I would slab coins that I thought were worth it, I would just do some research on the coin to see if slabbing would help its worth even if I were to keep it. The Morgans, depending on condition and other factors I would slab, but that's just me. Would like to see the Morgans you have.Maybe pics some day? Good Luck !

I've posted a couple of them on the classic coin grading section. After I get some votes here I'll start a you vs. anacs post with them all lol

Upper AU range and IMO, this particular coin is not worth the time, effort, and money to get slabbed.
