Got this in change when I was buying twos today. The condition is not great, but does this count as a radar, considering the first digit is a zero?

I saw another thread where someone referred to 7-digit radar. Numbered very similarly to this one.
Rest in Peace

I think the zero does spoil it -- but I'm no expert in the matter.

Keep it until you find a better one...that's what I do. It is really close and it is still pretty cool. I don't think it has a premium though.

I don't like the term 7 digit radar. When you use the term "X digit radar" it's for when the radar contains X different numbers. Example, a 4 digit radar would be 91733719 and not 00009119. What you have is almost a radar, but not quite. More like a 4 digit semi-radar or something.

I just dug up this one I had stuck in with some comic books a few years ago and then forgot about. It's like new except the one corner.

This one there, as you may already know, is a star note from a print run of 3,200,000. As far as the serial number is concerned, it may be interesting to some, but definitely something I wouldn't keep. It has the sequence 376 twice, seperated by a 7, but there is a 1 in front of the serial number so we can't consider it a bookend. If it had a zero instead of a one it may have been considered a semi-bookend. There's a 3 digit radar inside the serial 37673, but the 1 before and the 76 after, ruin it. Also, another 3 digit radar at the end, 67376, but there is 137 before it.

Very nice star note that you found. Definitely a keeper for that.

I liked it because it had "376" then "376" and again in the middle, but backwards. Yeah, 73767376 or something like that would obviously be cooler. But it's the best star note I have, so it'll stay until I find one better.
