I just found this and thought I would get everyone's opinion. I believe the rev and maybe the obv is doubled. I wasn't able to find the coin listed anywhere, but you can see the split in design on the ONE CENT and in the columns. It's late and don't know if my eyes are playing tricks or if I found a true doubled die rev.

It might be a double struck with slight rotation?

I can see that on the liberty now that you mentioned it. Is double struck a good thing? I don't sell any of my coins and I've never sent anything in to the experts. Is this worth sending to someone? The rreason I thought it was doubled is because of the lines on the devices themselves. ONE has them on the O and E. Nothing flat about them. Is this caused by the double strike?
