Hard to see, but looks like a little abrasion at that area,could just be lighting, can you get any better pics, maybe close up of date area?

The first pic was with the scanner...this one with the camera. Hopefully its better. I also see a problem with his nose and maybe a die crack between we and trust.

I'm think a struck through error. (Grease) If it had been sanded, the zinc would be showing through especailly where the last "0" would have been. I see a lot of grease blocked examples. I keep the ones with large amounts missing.
