Hello I am new here but not new to collecting. Problem is, my collecting has gotten out of control. I see many software pages for coins and paper money, but are there any for tokens or ones that can be modified for tokens? My collection is mostly transit, amusement and conder .. My arcade collection is maybe over 2000 and I am planning on thinning it down. WAY DOWN. Thought maybe I could find softare that would let me upload easily to ebay or my website ...

Welcome aboard, xonumia!

I've been using Microsoft Works database for many years and have found it to be great. The one drawback is that I've not been able to incorporate pics. There are many places that sell second hand software, and the older Works programs can be found pretty cheap therein.

U use Microsoft Access in their Office suite. You can set up a column for OLE objects and create a link to any picture stored on your PC. I've created an example that you can see at: http://numismatist.us/tokens.accdb
I am not sure but I think you can use it with OpenOffice, the free Office suite if you don't have MS Office.

You will not be able to open the OLE object on your PC because it is not installed on it. But when you create your file, you simply right click on the OLE object configured cell where you want the link, select CREATE FROM FILE, then check the LINK box and hit the BROWSE button to find the image you want to insert, select the image, then hit OK. The link will then be embedded in the database. If you have difficulty drop me a note at pf1029@hotmail.com and I can provide further help.
