Nancy-France-Token

Anyone have any info on this token? It is apparently French from the city of Nancy and was issued by an A & J Levy et Luers Fils for 1 centime. It is aluminum, measures 21.8mm and weighs 0.73 grams.

Hopefully one of our European members can provide info on date issued and any other info.
