This is my 2000 D Jefferson Five Cent with what I believe is a die clash. I am no expert so I will leave it to the experts. Am I correct and is it worth anything?

I don't see a die clash. Die clashes on nickels usually show up as an upside-down portrait outline on the reverse. The most noticeable part will be two diagonal things coming out of the top of Monticello. It's actually TJ's pony tail coming up out of the right side, and his neck and front of the vest on the left.

Not a clash from what I see and your last few images should be clearer. Someone will tell you whats going on with this coin, after seeing better images?

Mudd1761 - There are so many free resources online about error coins and what to look for. My recommendation to you would be to read some of this before you go through your coins. Try to focus on one type of coin at a time, pennys one day, nickels the next.
