Cuds only happen on the rim. If it's only on the rim it is a rim Cud and if it goes from the rim into the field of the coin then it's call a Cud. Can't tell much from the pics because they are too blurry for me to see anything. John1
The thing on his head is a die crack, which is a normal part of die wear. They're common in that area, although this one is on the big side. I might set it aside and put it in my tube of minor oddities, but it doesn't have any significant value.
There are several minor 2006 doubled dies, but this doesn't appear to be one of them. There might be some Machine Doubling on the date.
Hey Rocktowngal, get yourself some 2 x 2 cardboard flips and start putting your finds in them and label them. I do that with coins "I" like and look different . As you get other coins that interest you more just put them in the flips for later reference if nothing else . Keep up the hunt
