Very nice. I wish I could find coins like this for $10. This one looks like it has the start of BD that you need to address before it gets worse.

I found the deal at a shop in VCoins. Yes, I was wondering if that's BD or not. I'll be soaking it in DW here very soon.

Victorinus---Pax-Avg

This is the Victorinus coin I purchased about a month ago. I have had it soaking in distilled water for almost the entire time since I received it. Would you guys say this is bronze disease for sure? I never had one before.

Also, trying not to be impatient and I've been soaking and not to much brushing or picking at it. I don't want to mess up the silver.

Here is the coin again when I first received.

Dry thoroughly (oven on low, windowsill in sun) and watch the coin carefully - weekly over the next year. Don't put the coin back in the same flip it came from (better yet don't flip it). I was not sure it was BD from the photo but a coin with non-BD deposits removed won't regain them while BD can return. The best defense is looking at our coins frequently.

That's what I'm doing is letting is sit in a window sill. I also threw out the flip after I received it. Thinking about making a new attribution card as well.

After letting it sit for a few days, the green stuff doesn't seem to be coming back to what it once was. Although, there are still green marks on the coin.
