Help With 2002 Tennesse Quarter

I found this qurter and dont know what to make of it is a 2202 Tennesse quarter is is slightly smaller in diameter than other quarters but the weight is the same. There are no reeds on the edge and the edges come up high on both sides I have included some pics so if you can help I would really apreciate it.

It was either caught in one of those industrial size laundromat dryers , or someone "spooned" it. People make rings out of coins that they tap on with spoons......

jokingjoker,

what little I can make out,it certainly appears to be a post mint squeeze job.I have seen dimes and cents done this way.Could be the reeds were tooled.I am not sure how this is accomplished.
