Like that 74 Dollar SilverDon.
Not often you see a Heavy Cameo on a Nickel Dollar
unless its a Proof.
Looks like you have some work to do on your
73 PL set.

All good guys, I deflocified the red velvet by brushing
the plastic liner and then washing it with mild soap and
water, drying thoroughly (not a trace of the flock left),
see the stippled texture of the plastic liner in the
photos. Soaked all coins in distilled water and then a
gentle wipe with q-tip and Johnsons Baby shampoo to get
any stuck on resin. Then a rinse and soak again in
distilled water. Soapy rinse of the plastic window was
the last step. That is the penny after and it is a write
off. The nickel dollar is toned but the silver is great.
No LB on the quarter I am sad to say.

Here are some shots.

Wow, has it really been over a month since somebody bought something?

Anyhow, here's the latest addition to my five cent silver album. Only one piece to go (not including 1921). Anyone know where I can get an 1885 Large 5 in similar condition to this?

Happy to get this toned 1956 PL Dollar. Some toning on the
obverse, nice addition to my collection.

I have all the PL's from the 60's and am working on the 50's now Jimmy, have my eye
on a '57. So far have '56, '58, '59. Managed to fill the '65 Variety 4 (BU) as well, no
end in sight, need '45, '47 ML, '48 (Cha-ching). For a series that only lasted from
'35-'67 they made a ton of varieties. Happy hunting.

Hi SilverDon-
Don't think you have to worry about getting PL Silver Dollars from 40''s
as they did not start minting them until either 1949 or 1951, depending on who you talk to.
Even then , early 1950's PL's can be expensive.
