Hello there. I found this quarter today while working the register at my job. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. I'm not sure if its a mint error or something else. Help would be much appreciated. Here are some pictures I took.

PMD is Post Mint Damage. There may be a typo in chzman's post -- I'm still a newb so I can't say for sure.

The obverse looks like it got ground down but the reverse is me out. I enlarged it but I still couldn't figure out what was what.

I think it was caught in a coin rolling machine going haywire.
