Most likely a lamination peel, but it's hard to tell without having better images of the coin. What I do see is a pair of lines runninf SW-NE through the design that this indentation is inside of...probably the strip of metal that's not sticking together well...laminations often come in strips through the planchet and that's what it looks like you have.
