I have put this 1952 nickel next to a 1951 for comparison.
Would you say this 1952 is a missing chrome type?
Or am I just finger crossing :)

Welcome Wizbang!

I am afraid I would have to vote that it is not missing chrome though. The chrome on the early 1950s and wartime nickels is just like the look of chrome on a car....very shiny bright silver. The missing chrome coins have a much more subdued lustre.
