Is there a name for this, been finding a lot like this, so I am assuming its not special. Still trying to learn, thanks for everyone's patience and input.

that is called off center strike, the one you show is kinda common, I have heard from others on here that there is only a premium on coins that have a lot of the obverse/reverse off center. I have seen a lot of pennies and dimes that look like that.I still haven't found a good one yet.Good luck !!

It a MAD coin. (Mi-Aligned-Die)The hammer die can be adjusted to be centered over the anvil die which is permanently fixed. When the alignment is not exactly correct you see the rim missing as the die flattened that area on the coin. They become collectable when the devices fall over the edge of the coin. Yous is just a MAD. When they look like this then they are collectable:

Looks like the dime maybe a partial collar. Can you provide shots of the reeding on you coin. A partial collar will be missing part of the reeding. Here is an example/ Note middle coin reeding.
