A customer called and and wanted "a roll of uncirculated pennies before 1972 for those machines that flatten them out."

It might be worthwhile to toss back those copper mint set tokens for this, since they're otherwise useless.

Zincolns will work, but the output is crap.

I use the same thing. I bought a few BU copper rolls and they work great. I wonder why they had to be before 1972? Did you mean to type 1982?

I actually happen to like the way a rolled Zincoln looks.

I was going to change it for him, but then realized that biggfredd does have some interesting customers come his way. I would not be surprised if they actually asked for 1972 and earlier.

I suspect this was another customer who had half an idea what he was looking for, but 72 was his number.

Are those mint set tokens actually 90% copper are are they mostly zinc? I have been tossing them but if they are copper I will hold on to them.

I'm thinking they're standard copper blanks. A quick cut into one would tell pretty quick.
