I also think it's a VF-35.

I think it is: VF30+ details, cheekbone is not worn smooth but there is more than slight wear on the ribbon.
It has several long scratches across the obverse going from around 1 o'clock to around 7 o'clock.
It is probably a VF20 value.

VF20 Very Fine- Full horn shows. Indian's cheekbone worn smooth.
EF40 Extremely Fine- Full horn. Slight wear on Indian's hair ribbon.
