Hi, I have only just registered so forgive me if I make mistakes... I have been passed a coin from 1790 French Revolutionary period I believe and was wondering as to the rarity and value of the coin.
A token-a "Medal of Convenience" for 5 Sols during the revolutionary period, eimbursable in assignats (paper money). The reverse has a familiar motto- Live free or death, and the date of the storming of the Bastille.
