What would cause the coin to toned like this ? PVC damage ?
I'm not sure yet whether I like it or dislike it,i guess the answers given will make my mind up for me .

It's actually quite difficult to tell from that particular photo whether it has toning or not, and to what degree - I'd have to see more photos in a contextual setting to determine exactly, as it could just as easily be reflections from a coin with high lustre, or a combination thereof.

Generally with PVC damage on silver coins I've come across, it tends to affect the rims and high points first, and is usually a greenish colour.

All sales final is an eye opener. The lighting could be the cause of the modified luster of the coin, but it looks like something has been done to it. I live in the USA what would I know?

I would be extremely wary when only one side of a coin is shown.

Why is there no image of the Obverse?

These conditions raise immediate Red Flags:

Stock photos should be banned on ebay unless it is clearly stated that they are only stock images.
This particular Crown spends more time on ebay than I do
