2012 Silver Eagle Error?

There is a diagonal indentation seen above and below the P on the banner of a 2012 silver eagle.It does not enter the space of the P and can be sen with a x4 magnification
Is this an error?

Is it raised or incuse? It looks incuse. If so it may be coin contact in that area?

Looks incuse. And from the image it looks like the motto is incuse as well so I would suspect it is a post mint contact mark.
