I'm no expert, but this coin looks similar to the wide date shown in the Charlton catalogue.

Of course, since the last digit was added by hand to each die, there will probably be as many different varieties as dies.

Charlton impies all the narrow date are repunched 5/5. The above doesn't look like a repunch, so that would lead to a wide date variety.

Both 5/5 repunch varieties look like a left shift from an existing 5, thus it appears the repunch may be what causes the narrow date variety.

Charlton lists a non-repunched narrow date,as well as the two repunches.EastVanRob offered the best advice when he said:
